In practice since 2006, Dr. Stebbins completed his dental qualification at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. He’s always enjoyed the medical field and worked as a physician assistant within orthopedic surgery before making a career change.
He’s passionate about helping people that were once fearful or phobic to look forward to their dental visits at Premier Dental Group HI.

He is also a member of and serves as president of the Kauai County Dental Society.
Loving Life in Hawaii
Before moving here, Dr. Stebbins was in private practice in Oregon. His goal was always to make the move to our state. He and his family, which includes four sons, joined our community in 2017. In their spare time, they enjoy surfing, fishing and playing at the beach. Dr. Stebbins completed a two-year mission in Bulgaria and is fluent in Bulgarian.
